I've tried every suggestion that has been posted. Has anyone been able to successfully restore their ability to receive texts? The nearest Verizon store to me is 2 hours away. Someone please help
Hello mvenegas83, Receiving your text messages is important! Let's figure this out. What happens when you try to receive text messages? Any error messages? Are you able to send messages okay? I can send texts just fine. I've ran it in safe mode. I've tried different messaging apps. I've reset it. I've tried every suggestion in the forum. Nothing worked.
