I have been with Verizon for 7 years, and I have never had a problem with them. But now, I have cutomer service representatives telling me one thing, when my bill reads another. And I am VERY unhappy with the service right now.
I have the same problem ! If you are in a 2 year contract I suggest getting another carrier to pay for you to leave Verizon lately they suck the edge sucks. I am constantly overcharged by 50-100 a month. I even spoke personally to corporate and was assured my problems will be fixed. But I am in the edge program and I have to pay off 4 phones before I can leave. I wish a lawyer or class action would look into this company. Not happy they probably owe us all lots of money !
