We switched from Sprint to Verizon due to service issues close to a year ago, they didn't have 4G in 54304 (where we work) and Verizon did. What Verizon doesn't have is reliable service at our home zip of 54141. If I drive maybe 3 miles down the road I can get good calling but in my house I usually get a voicemail before the phone rings, texts don't come through - I end up using whatsap over wifi to text people because the service is so poor. I recently just got a new job and am required to have reliable service at home to take phone calls if I'm working from home. I'm now looking to switch carriers because of the repetitive dropped calls. We're also expecting and will need more reliable service in case of emergency. Is there something Verizon can do to help?
Thanks
