I was playing a game on my phone and it froze up. The on-screen home and back buttons also don't work at all. I have tried to hold the power button down for the menu to pop up in order for me to turn it off, but it won't. The screen just goes black but when I push the button, it just goes back to the frozen screen with the game. Does anyone know what I can do? Can I take the battery out?
