I have the HD model, my family and I all with Verizon, same plan etc. Depending on my location, Time of day, shoes or flip flops! (no rhyme or reason #ha!) no consistency of when or why? Sent texts are taking 2+hrs at times for recipient to recieve them & same with incoming. This is extremely frustrating, I've tried just about all apps? I know ya'll got answer for me right...? Please please help me.
No one else on the plan is having problems.
