On 11/18/2014 I ordered a new cell phone on the Verizon Edge plan the Droid Turbo because phone at the time Motorola Droid Razr M was really not preforming up to snuff. My mom on her own plan order the Droid Turbo a few days before and she had gotten her phone the day I ordered mine, and right away did not like it because it because extremely warm very easily with little or no usage, it was not a defected device because researched the Droid Phone forums and a lot of people were complaining that this phone gets extremely hot then cools itself down, then heats back up and that was something I was not interested in. So I got online and called Verizon and chatted and spoke with representatives because my item had not shipped yet, I was assured the ticket had been authorized and pushed through to cancel the order so I would not have to worry. But several hours later I got an alert telling me the phone I was told to be cancelled had been shipped out. But then I was again on the phone and in the chat room with Verizon customer service reps who told me that all I had to was mail it back when I got it and not open anything and it would be fine. But yesterday the Fed Ex tracking showed that the package was in Novi, MI which is 10 minutes away from my home but the package had been refused for delivery and being returned to Verizon. The problem is no Fed Ex delivery was ever attempted to be made to my home, I never refused delivery. So I am very confused. Also my Verizon account shows that I am currently on a Verizon Edge plan which is super confusing because I have received a new device to active under the new term of service for Verizon Edge. So I would like the Edge plan stripped off my account because I never got the device and I never got the package so why wont my account status return to my previous status prior to my attempt at an upgrade?????? I never got the package or phone so I never activated anything so why am I being penalized. I have spent countless hours, researching, chatting, calling, typing, dealing with this nonsense. I have been a customer on my own plan since 2010 and was on my families Verizon plan since 2004, my loyalty is clearly not being rewarded. Not to mention any time I go into a Verizon Store the employees treat you very poorly and talk down you like you know nothing about technology, its very off putting.
