I have the edge agreement. My husband and I are gping through a divorce and we are wanting g to shut down one of the lines. When he called he was told we would have $190 ETF fee on that line and also if the phone has no damage to it. We could turn it in aND the 190 is all we would have to pay. If we don't turn in the phone or there is damage to it then we would owe the remaining balance as well. But, my question. Is...... the silver part on the phone has some damage to it. (I'm assuming this can be replaced) it does not cause the phone to funation an differently at all. Does this count or is like a broken screen or something major count as the damage that would require us to pay the remaining balance.
Like I said the only damage is the scratches on the silver plastic part that lines the edge of. The phone.
