LED notification light not lighting up

Is anyone else having trouble with their LED notification light not lighting up?

There isn't an LED notification light on the Droid Turbo; the phone has Moto Display instead.

There is no option for an LED light. You CAN adjust the Active Display on which applications are allowed to notify you with the display.
