I have a Nokia Lumia 928 that updated today now the screen is blank/black. The hone is still on as it will ring when called but it can not be answered or used with out seeing the screen. Any help????
try doing a soft reset. Hold down the volume down and power buttons simultaneously until your phone vibrates then release. That worked for my Lumia 928.
