I just upgraded from the Pantech jest to iPhone 5s and I am still being charged $9.99/month for vz navigator even though vz navigator isn't even on my new phone and I don't need it with the included maps app. How do I stop these charges?
you may be able to change it when you log onto my verizon, or just call 611 from your cell hpone for custoemr service and htey can remove it
How do I go about that in my verizon? I'm not seeing it anywhere except on the bill itself.

log into my verizon, on the left hand side there is a big list of things you can do, one of the choices is change features. Its under there you can take it off
