Does anyone else have a problem with being forced to change your plan every time you try to upgrade your phone? I had to change my plan last year ( and give up my unlimited data) to upgrade my phones. Now, less than 12 months later they tell me I have to purchase a plan that offers me less service for more money if I want to upgrade my phone because I have an OLD plan! Less than 12 months is old? Really?????? I feel like I was scammed last year just to get me out of my unlimited data plan. I got the run around when I called. One agent said I needed to change, transferred me to another agent that said I didn't have to change, then transferred again and was told I had to change. Finally transferred to a "supervisor" who was less than pleasant and was told she didn't want to give me "unreasonable expectations". I don't think good customer service is an unreasonable expectation. I'm very frustrated and thinking of changing my plan to a different carrier!
