They tell you one price and bill you another. Reps will lie cheat and do whatever necessary to take your money. I tired to get out and they talked me into staying with all these promises and then sent a bill 125.00 above the price quoted. I have spent hours on the phone and each time nothing is changed even though they say it will be. I wish I never renewed my phones with them! Worst costumer service I have ever had !
