I have a prepaid flip phone~it's locked and I don't know the code

I have a samsung flip phone that I use as a spare phone. I changed the phone number on this phone but didnt write the number down thinking I would just go into the phone information area and pull the number out that way...WRONG!!! The phone locked after activation and I have not been able to use it since. Is there anyway to unlock the phone? Or even how do I reset it so I can go back to using this phone when in areas that my other does not pick up???

I apologize for the problems you've had reaching the Prepay department wilsonjoanie. You can only reach them by calling from a different line, the number is 888-294-6804. Depending on the device, you may have to complete a factory reset to access the phone again.

I've tried calling numerous numbers but because I don't know the phone number I end up getting disconnected before ever getting to talk to anyone

You mention this is a spare phone. When you call - put in any of your Verizon cell phone numbers (it doesn't have to be the number of the device you are calling about). You can also check online if you have that setup - you should be able to see all the devices on your account if you are the account owner - including your mystery phone.
