Iphone 4s will not allow me to make or receive calls, texts work fine.

Yesterday my Iphone 4s stopped receiving calls. I also cannot make any calls. I can, however, send and receive text messages and go online.  I'm using 8.1.2 and there are no further updates for the phone. I have tried turning it off and on again but that didn't work. I also turned off my network and used 3g, but still nothing. Any further ideas?

So sorry you're having issues with your 4S! Let's see what we can do for you OK? When you try to make a call, what error message do you hear? Do incoming calls go to voice mail or does the caller hear a recording? Please dial *228 and press option 1 to see if that helps.
