Poor Network Coverage

I have within city limits of Chapel Hill NC yet 500 feet around my house there is no coverage and I can't get/receive calls in my own home. I would love to report this, but can't figure out who to talk to about it. Any help either improving the service around Chapel Hill (27517), or at least pointing me in the right direction for who to talk to would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your service at home! I'd love to do all I can to turn this around for you. What make/model device are you using? There are some areas of opportunity in your zip code. What intersection are you close to? Are any other VZW devices having trouble at this location? When did this start? What happens when you try to make a call in this area?
