I'm getting the error that all circuits are busy on my phone and I've been getting it all day. I tried restarting my phone to make sure it wasn't some problem with it not connecting properly I tried turning off LTE. Nothing helped. I've tried calling 12 times today and every single time it said all circuits are busy!
I tried at work and at home (possibly the same tower, I don't know).
