Misleading

I have been trying to raise a complain with Verizon Customer Service for the past 2 hours but it seems the only feasible way is to write a letter (yes a paper letter... and we are almost in 2015!!!).

Can someone please let me know if there is an electronic way to file a complain?

Depending on what your issue is, you could try filing a Notice of Dispute:
