I had a media connection through the usb, but when i turned it off to only charge through the usb, i wasnt able to find where to turn it back on.
I'm very sorry that you haven't seen the option to transfer media through your device, rrmcw1968. I use that function with my Droid Turbo to back up my pictures and videos. I'd like to help you, but I need to know which model device you have and the operating system of the computer you're using (Windows version, iOS version, Linux, etc).
