What is going on with verizon? they do not care for their customers anymore? have they changed in leadership recently?

verizon has been really BAD with customer service. I have been in contracts with them for years and when it was time for upgrade and unlimited packages for data took me off my plan(mind you i was not informed until after i upgraded and could not get it back even if I was grandfathered on my account) I was so damn pissed. since then the service sucks I have to limit to a minimum of data that i was not used to and that i can afford. I hate verizon now. going to change carriers is all i have left! and will not refer them anymore!

There have been several changes in the plan offerings from Verizon Wireless since 2011. As a customer myself with a long history with Verizon Wireless, I chose to stay informed about those changes.

I'd like to assure you that we do care about our loyal and valued customers beenaVZcustomersince2006! I'm very surprised that you were not made aware of the changes to your calling plan options when you upgraded last time, as these changes are always notes on the paperwork provided at the store. Additionally, all changes are clearly disclosed online for customers that prefer to upgrade from home at My Verizon. Unlimited data was retired in June 2012 http://vz.to/JkRDnl However, customers who prefer to keep their plan unchanged when upgrading, are able to keep it if they upgrade at full price. We certainly don't want you to even consider a move from our wireless family, and I will happy to address any service issues you are experiencing. Please share specifics of any service issues you encounter and we'll provide troubleshooting options to resolve.
