Just added a new iPhone 5c to my account for my son for Christmas. He put in a password for unlocking screen then he forgot it. He apparently guessed wrong too many times now the phone is disabled what do I do? On hold with Verizon over 30 minutes with no answer don't know if they are closed because of holiday.
