Live in Canada, want to sign up for when I travel to USA

Hello I live in Canada but want to sign up and have it ready for as soon as I cross the border.

I bought a verizon sim card that will work with my unlocked device I am wondering how I can now sign up preferably for the pay as you go when i can just pay for the days I use my phone. Each number I try calling always asks for my wireless number which I do not have yet and would like to sign up.

Your Canadian device works without using an American Sim card.

Simply call Bell Mobility or Telus or your other provider and purchase a USA plan for when you are down here.

I just use my phone as it is when I travel in Canada. No extra plan. And the cost for calling is not that bad. However use WiFi over cellular data because it does costs much to use as it does when I use my cell data in Canada.

This does not answer the question. This is not an option for me and will cost a lot more then buying a small USA plan.

However many Canadian cell providers sell these international/USA Sims and they have similar plans.

You don't need to make it more complicated than it has to be.

So check with your CANADIAN carrier first.
