I keep getting "unfortunately homescreen has stopped" error. Any suggestions on how to correct?

I tried to wipe the cache but get stuck in the droid triage screen with the message No Commad. HELP!!!

I was able to go into the settings and then into the apps page because I have been experiencing this same problem. I was able to clear the cache on the messenging app and that has seemed to fix the problem.
