How do you cancel a payment to verizon? I paid with a check but the money's not in that bank and I need to cancel it so the stop trying to put it threw

While there is no gaurantee, we do offer the option to manage pending payments right from your My Verizon account. Once Signed in, you can go to the "Pay Bill" page > Click "Scheduled Payment" to view the pending payment on your account. To cancel the payment, follow the onscreen prompts.
