Keeps trying to setup and fails. It doesn't notify me that I have messages because it's too busy trying to get me to set it up, which it won't do.
Make sure wifi is off and cell data is on
Did it and keeps setting up but never gets it done. Do I have to use up all my data and still not see results? And why do other customers have to help when it is Verizons job? I am really tired of this company acting like it's a privilege to pay them on time every month for half-assed service. If I did my job like that, there would be bodies and burning wreckage all over Americas highways. When childrens lives depend on your precision and quality of work, it is hard not to get bent when you get shoddy service. I care about my job and customers, why doesn't Verizon and their employees? Sorry, I've had a few other service problems besides this and if someone has a question for me at work, they have the nerve to expect a polite answer from a real shop employee, not a customer that's had work done by us or a website page of pre asked questions that don't address your problem. Get it together Verizon, or I'll just buy out and find a company that acts like it wants my business.
