Data usage

One phone on My Verizon is iPhone 5c and is used in a home without a modem. His data usage is extreme but we don't know which functions use data nor what settings to turn on or off to conserve data usage.

Let's get to the bottom of this. The phone itself can be a great indicator of what is being used. Please go to Settings>Cellular and you will be able to see the individual apps cellular usage. In this list as well, you can turn off apps that you would prefer cellular usage not to be used. Just keep in mind that if this is turned off, then the app will not be able to use data until connected to wifi. This may be an issue if wifi is not readily available to this user.
