Why is it that in order for me to upgrade my phone. Verizon tells me I can not upgrade my plan and phone on the same day. I've got to change my plan today then have a rep call me tomorrow to order my phones I'm wanting. But then Verizon tells me because I have the unlimited data plan I cannot upgrade my phone without changing my plan. Then there is no place to get ahold of Verizon and discuss this with anyone that's gonna say anything more than " Well sir that's the way they have it setup and I cannot do anything about it." What kinda Bull is it to tell me to upgrade I have to change my plan but I can't do both today.
On another note, Why can I not do more than one EDGE upgrade at a time on the stupid website without doing multiple orders. Then it won't let me select the data package I want cause it shows I still have other phones on other plans. Someone really should fix the stupidity in this company. I've been with Verizon for many years. I guarantee you I can walk into a ATT store and get my phone with new plans today and be done with it.
Anyways here's my rant on what should be fixed or looked into by this company. Not that I expect anything more than to have gotten this off my chest. Feel free to put in your input you might have.
