Nationwide 1400 plan. Want to upgrade 1 line

I Am on the old plan, nationwide t&t 1400. My husbands phone is still under the unlimited data, and has no intentions on buying an upgrade. On my line I was transferred to the new capped data plan 2 years ago when I lost my phone and upgraded to a new phone.

My line is eligible for an upgrade, but i want to make sure that if I use my upgrade, it won't force my husband out of his unlimited plan because it is not him but I doing the upgrade.

i went into best buy yesterday and he was trying to push my husband out of his unlimited data when he's not even upgrading nor signing a new contract. I'd call vzw but I'm not sure i trust them.

Since you already have the 2GB data plan on your line and will be doing the upgrade on your line, this will not affect your husband's line in any way at all. We hope to earn your trust again!

In this case I would not do the upgrade at any place other than a Verizon Wireless Corporate store.

Customer service is correct in that its on your line so the husband should not be affected. Don't try it on line or it will change the plan.

Go to the corporate store.

I would not trust them either. They are using any means to remove unlimited data. Change a sim, lose the data. Make any change to your plan minutes, they take away unlimited data. Just calling in for customer service can result in it being removed. Its a big deal today to keep it.

Because the new SIM do not contain the data that tells Verizon the plan is unlimited. Only a corporate store can do that.

Though I agree Verizon would love it of every customer got rid of unlimited data if they really wanted to push the issue they could end it TODAY. Personally I wish they would. A lot of headaches would disappear just like that.

I agree on the sim change. I have also read that here on the forum as being the case.

Unlimited will stay, it will be weeded or weaned off little by little and the public will be happy and the news outlets won't have to print about how Verizon has zinged the customers to make more profits.

And I have unlimited and will fight to keep it. May not use that much data but its my data.....
