Question about ETF (smartphone)?

My husbands contract is up 5/20/15. We want to end his contract early (in December) and pay the ETF?

He has a Galaxy S4. What is the calculation to determine his Early Termination Fees to get out of his contract 5 to 6 months early? Thank you

For contracts like yours that started prior to 11/14/14, the ETF for smartphones is $350 minus $10 for each full month of your contract term that you've completed.

Yes, ETFs are per line/device since each have their own contract.
