I had 37 apps to update most of which I don't use but since I was logged into another providers wifi it seemed a perfect time to take care of it. During the process I received the messages that I had used 90% of my data and then 115%. It seems that if we can only do updates on our data allowance then there has been built into the phones a drain on our services.
