Why does my phone still work? I want the account to close because I am doing something different now. I am scared that is somehow charging me even though I don't currently use it any.

I understand no longer needing service, Caleb.C. From what you have described, it sounds like you have Prepaid service. Please contact our Prepaid department by calling 888-294-6804.
