Verizon customer service problems

So I went into the Vernon Hills, IL store last night to get some upgrades done on my three phone lines. There were 4 customers in the store and someone was working with each of them. So I wandered around for about 15 minutes until another couple came into the store. One of the employees who was apparently just chatting with someone went over and immediately started to help them. So, ignoring this I wandered around for another 15 minutes until I got bored and left. During this time no one made any effort to engage me at all. Between the lack of new phones available and that experience I guess it is time to head to the AT&T store today and see how they act.

Perhaps they thought you had been helped.  You wondered around a store for 30 minutes and didnt once say anything to a worker?  i understand its npot yoru job to engage in comversation when your there to purchase something but seems kind of silly to not say anything.    If your going to change companys because of this good luck.   The lack of dedication from the employees have nothing to do with your verizon service it was just a lazy worker.  you dont think other companys have lazy workers?
