I personally think the Connection Day promotional was a hoax. I tried on several occasions on that day to log-in from my phone to claim the bonus. It would tell me it wasn't able to process and that I needed to call a 1-800 number. When I called the 1-800 number it was a recording telling me to go to the website. That whole thing was just a plain mess. Was I the only one that had problems. BTW...I never got it.
