Hi! I called your customer service months ago (several times) about closing my verizon account and terminate my contract phone plan. They told me it was done, but why can I still see my phone is suspended and will be reactivated on Dec. 9?
Call 1-800-922-0204 and cancel it now. Verizon likes to suspend the line rather than close the line. Close the line, get a confirmation number for canceling the account.
