Old phone is off with no battery in it. SIM card is installed...multiple failed attempts.?
Were you able to use the SIM card from the old phone?
Ann: I have an old flip phone...no SIM card. Installed the one verizon shipped with it. It actually came with a SIM installed that had verizon printed on it. I swapped it out per the instructions. I have 4/5 bars of signal. ?
