Yesterday, I dropped my phone. There is no physical damage, but the screen will just stay black - sometimes with a little flicker of light (when I think it is going to work, but ultimately doesn't). Anyways, I'm not that upset by it because my upgrade is in 20 days on December 24th. I was just curious if Verizon did anything to where if I went in and told them, "Hey, I am a loyal customer, I do not plan on leaving, I am going to be a customer for another two years, could I upgrade now?" if they will allow me to upgrade my device a couple weeks early? This isn't months away and I don't feel like it is too much to ask, but I know phone companies are strict with their policies, so I was just wondering if anyone had experience with this?
