why are iphone 6 having so many problems around philadelphia. when will it be fixed.?

Problem is..... sound fails on iPhone 6 on all outbound and inbound calls in philly area.

is NOT a problem w/ phone.  Problem is with network.

Apple store says 100s out and it is a verizon network problem.

Verizon support agreed it is their network... but no ETA on fix.

As a work around did you try changing LTE between data only and voice and data?
