I just need an email address so that I may send an email to someone at verizon wireless. I have a huge issue with an action that has taken place with my account through customer service and would like to send an email. I have searched all over this site and am unable to locate an email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been a loyal verizon wireless customer for many many years, actually the entire time I have a cell phone, only to have been treated so horrible by customer service by a mistake on their part. If anyone could provide me with that information, Id appreciate it.
