How do I transfer data to another location and wipe the phone?

Memory full want to save data to another storage media and delete what is currently on the phone.

We understand you want to have a working phone. You can plug your device into iTunes and do a backup on the device. Before deleting all of your info you need to make sure that you have your information backed up. You can then reset the device.
