Droid Turbo will not rotate and tech determined it was a hardware issue after three phone calls and a factory reset. I had a program that told me the gyro was not working to start with. The phone is two months old and clearly a defect. But glad I have the factory warranty and insurance so I can get a REfurbished phone.... I thought I would get a new phone but if over 14 days old then a new phone is not a option for any issues they said. Thanks Verizon.
