How do I get the pictures off of my LG Revere 3 and onto my desktop computer?
You can send the pix one at a time via text message to your email address (tedious, and only one pic at a time).
You can use a USB cable and BitPim (software program, use at your own risk, find it with Google) and see if that allows you to get them all at once.
You also could transfer the photos via Bluetooth.
Has anyone had success using the Backup Assistant that the VZW rep I recently spoke to mentioned? One of our LG Revere 3s died suddenly today with a full battery, and we want to make sure the photos were backed up. He said we could login to MyVerizon and look under that phone line, but we're not finding anything. Is there any other way to retrieve photos and/or data from an inoperable phone? Thanks.
