Verizon is the most pathetic excuse of a real honest company. They don't care about their customers, just the bottom line. The website is useless, social media posts (G+ in this instance) are just a bunch of fluff. Reps lie, confuse, and outright don't care. What happened to real customer service? Welcome to the new paradigm people, it's just going to get worse.
