Siri says "Screen Lock" also Password sealed zero values puts square around time and says time . Tries soft shut down but to no avail

My iPhone 6 will not let me past passcode page siri says Passcode sealed, and screen locked, tried soft shut down white apple on dark background then dark apple on white background when rebooted, then voice comes on but I can't gety in, any help out there?Kathleen
