How do I get a new device on prepaid?

I have a prepaid service but want a new phone, do I just by one from the online store? And if so do I just put my current Sims car into the new phone?

You can buy one from the online store or a Verizon store or any retailer that sells Verizon phones. And yes you just use your current SIM. The SIM is what has you account info.
