archived text details

Hi there

 

When I click on the voice details for archived months, I have no problem receiving the information. However when I click on the data details for those same months I receive the following message:

 

"Sorry, you do not have any Text & Picture Message Details for selected Cell Phone Number and Statement Date"

 

How can I view message details for archived months?

Message and data details are only available for the past 3 statements. Anything older than 3 months will not give you data details.
