My Apple 5c makes a surging noise and people can't hear me but I can hear them so I have to hang up and call back, It is dropping calls, It is dropping WIFI, Calls are cutting out and breaking up, Phone is getting very hot. Here is the deal verizon's incompetence after 4 phones and now and 1 new sim card all 4 phones are doing the same thing and verizon can not tell me why. I have now ordered my 5th phone. I don't know what to do Apple refised to get me in after a hour drive, Verizon can't figure out what the hell is wrong so I am stuck with a piece of junk. Can anyone offer me advise?
