I'm not being notified that I have any voice mails. Voice Mail app only wants to sign me up for video voice mail.

What can I do to get the Voice Mail app to show I have a voice mail?

Help has arrived! Are you still able to access your voice mail messages over the phone? When did this issue begin? Do you have the visual voicemail feature added to the account? Please share more details.
