Hello all,
I have a mysterious problem, likely with the Verizon account, that I'd
like help troubleshooting. Both of my last two phones (Motorola and
LG) seemed to give a single nightly beep at 11:20pm. At first I was
told that perhaps some setting from Motorola got transferred to the LG
phone, but upon exchanging the LG phone for a one without any settings
(and transferring the data manually), I discovered that the problem
persisted. This is a very annoying 'feature', and likely has to do
with some sort of mandatory network synchronization that the phones
perform on verizon network. Is there a particular setting for this
type of sound? Has anyone even encountered this problem before?
