I had BackUp Assistant on the phone before battery ran down & my iphone 6plus turned off. Now I can't locate BackUp Assistant or my contacts.
battery running down would not usually erase anything. Was the phone reset?
Yes. When turned phone back on, it went through reset process. Any way I can get my contacts back? THX for youor help.

User264339, It's very strange to hear your contacts went missing after the phone turned off, but don't worry! We can help get them back. We no longer use Backup Assistant on iPhones. Please download Verizon Cloud from the App Store. Your contacts have been migrated to that new service and you will be able to sync them using that app.SarahO_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
