I am so upset. How am I supposed to locate someone who honors customer service?? I have had a billing issue and the MANAGER who handled the issue on 5/20/15 failed to document what she had promised me, I took a picture of what a different rep assured me, and still Verizon is trying to tell me that there is no record of anything and that they cannot assist me. I have been a customer for such a long time and I'm ready to jump ship. I talk to a different manager this time around and he won't listen to what I am telling him, and when I ask who I can talk to above him he says he is the only one and to fax my documentation to him. It's really sad when a company has you in tears on the phone and they have absolutely zero empathy for why you are confused when all you get is different people telling you one thing and doing the opposite. I'm going to write this up in the BBB, I'm going to talk to a lawyer as well because I have physical proof of what I have been told and yet they still cannot honor it. I'm so frustrated!!! Can anyone else please point me in the right direction. Please.
