How do I stop a reboot loop?

This just started last night.  I press my power button to turn my screen on and it wants to power off/reboot.  When I let it power off, it keeps going through a reboot loop.  It'll say nokia, vibrate, then start over again.  I am trying a hard reset.  Luckily I was able to save all my pictures, but not my videos.  I'll see if this works.

So, after the factory reset, I was still having issues.  However, I decided on a whim to just let my battery completely die.  After the factory reset and complete drain of the battery, everything seems to be working ok.
